AI Story Continuer Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are handled for paid AI Story Continuer plans after checkout is enabled.
Free plan
The Free plan does not require payment and is not eligible for refunds.
Paid subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are intended for access to higher usage limits and longer story generations. You can cancel future renewals through the billing portal provided by the payment processor once checkout is active.
Refund window
If a paid plan is purchased by mistake or does not work as described, you may contact support within 7 days of purchase. Refund eligibility may depend on usage level, payment processor rules and abuse-prevention checks.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds may be declined for heavy usage, abuse, attempts to bypass limits, chargeback fraud, or dissatisfaction with subjective creative output after significant generation usage.
Payment processor
Payments and refunds may be processed by a Merchant of Record provider. The final refund flow can depend on the provider's checkout and customer portal.
